ABC Sales, Repair & Warranty Policies

ABC provides many benefits to our customers in connection with our headset solutions, service, warranty and repairs.

ABC invests considerable consulting time and provides the highest level of service in discussing your particular needs, finding the right solution in compatibility with your telephone system and providing you with a 14 Day Trial Return Period to ensure you are completely satisfied with your headset purchase.

We also provide a full “One Year” Manufacturer Parts and Labor Warranty Service on your wireless equipment and a full “Two Year” Manufacturer Parts and Labor Warranty Service on your wired equipment for any reason the equipment fails in use. This warranty enables you to simply ship the equipment to the manufacturer and they will return ship a newly refurbished unit normally within a few business days.

Some of our clients just don’t have the time to make arrangements for repair of their equipment so we would be happy to do it for you. Contact our office and we will issue you an ABC RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) and you can send the equipment to us. We will make the arrangements for the repair and return of your equipment for a very affordable processing fee of $35.00.
